Shawn M. McNeil earned an MBA from The Citadel Military College and his Undergraduate from U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He is Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at Proterra, which manufactures electric buses for public transportation. Mr. McNeil has earned 3 Bronze Stars from US Army and is a Green Beret. Captain Promote was highest rank when he retired. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family.
Derian Blair
Derian Blair earned his Associate Degree in Electronics from National Education Center. He was formerly with California Dairies, Inc., and supervised production of milks, cheeses, and ice creams. Derian is currently a Plant Supervisor with DFA, which is a bottling company that bottles milk, tea, and juices. Derian has earned safety awards at the company.
Honors Nancy Collins
Nancy Collins is a Plant Controller at Central States Manufacturing Inc., she has 15 years as Manufacturing Controller, and 14 years as Leadership Staff of the plant that makes metal building components. She reviews and publishes financial statements, does audits, make and review processes and procedures, and is responsible for inventory. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, genealogy, and spending time with her family.
