The Global Directory of Who’s Who Online (www.globalwwonline.com) is designed as a professional networking platform for members to connect and engage with one another regarding products, services, and professional opportunities. Members are encouraged to foster meaningful relationships, including offering initial pro bono guidance where appropriate, as part of building long-term professional connections.

This platform strictly prohibits the use of bulk email marketing, unsolicited communications, spam, or harassment. Any member found engaging in such conduct may have their access suspended or permanently revoked at the sole discretion of the Company. Members who experience misuse of the platform are encouraged to report such activity immediately. The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform at any time, without prior notice and without refund.

Member profiles, including photographs, will be publicly displayed for the duration of the membership. All submitted photos must meet Company standards and are subject to administrative approval.

The Global Directory of Who’s Who (the “Company”) reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any information submitted by members that is deemed inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the Company’s editorial standards. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their biographical information and for providing timely updates, including but not limited to changes in contact information, professional status, or affiliations. The Company may remove profiles that are inactive or where members are unresponsive to update requests.

Errors or omissions in published content do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. The Company’s sole obligation and the member’s exclusive remedy for any such errors shall be the prompt correction of the content in its online format.

All products and services offered by the Company are personalized and customized. Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable after three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any permitted cancellation must be requested directly by the member within the applicable cancellation period. No third-party requests for cancellation or account changes will be honored.

In the event of product damage or loss during transit, the Company will replace the item upon verification, which may include proof of damage or return of the original item. For manufacturing errors, including misspellings, the Company will provide a replacement upon verification.

Members agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to contest such action and to seek recovery of all associated costs, including but not limited to administrative fees, processing fees, legal fees, shipping costs, and the value of goods and services rendered.

The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, or service costs as necessary, including but not limited to web hosting, maintenance, production, and material costs.

All biographical compilations, content, and materials published by the Company are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. The Company does not act as a third-party data broker or reseller of consumer information.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF ITS SERVICES, PLATFORM, OR PRODUCTS.
