Jubilee works at the Teacher Quality Office of American Samoa Department of Education. Her responsibilities include: Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the Teacher Quality Office in compliance with the ASDOE; Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the department/office Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with department/office standards.
