Micah has over 20 years in the scaffold and access industry, and 10 years in safety and training. He is the Access Division Manager at Trekker Group. He established Trekker's Scaffold Division from the ground up and has elevated it to one of the top scaffolding operations in the United States. Micah has brought innovative design concepts to the scaffold industry. He is the Co-chair for the SAIA Fall Protection Counsel. Micah sits on the ANSI A-11 Committee. He is a Certified Trainer for Supported Scaffold Competent Person, Suspended Scaffold Competent Person, Scaffold Hazard Awareness Training, Fall Protection Authorized User, EM385-1-1 Fall Protection Competent Person Training, Heights Rescue Training, Confined Space Training, and Train the Trainer Training. He is a Certified SCUBA Diving Instructor with Scuba Diving International / Technical Diving International, and has written and developed the specialty diver's course Scaffold Diver for them. Micah is also the owner of Elevated Safety Solutions, a provider of Safety Supplies with a focus on Fall Protection and Rescue.
