I am Vanessa Riding, CEO and owner of Life’s Touch Home Health, Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since founding the agency in 2007, my mission has been to help seniors receive compassionate, dependable care while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. My journey into home health care was deeply influenced by my mother, who was a nurse, and by my own experience working as a CNA and seeing firsthand how important consistent, patient-centered care can be. What began as a desire to fill gaps in care has grown into an organization of approximately 150–160 employees serving Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Our team provides home health aide and CNA support, medication reminders and setup, skilled nursing, wound and ostomy care, memory care support, and other services tailored to each client’s needs. I believe our success comes from continuity of care, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making a difference rather than simply providing a service.
