He is now Principle investigator in Sunrise Health GME consortium on a prospective trial of implementation of Continuous glucose monitoring in Internal Medicine residency Clinic. His clinical interests include the prevention of Type II Diabetes, the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus type I and II, Metabolic syndrome, and the usage of insulin pumps and continuous Glucose monitoring. Dr. Manov is a Program Director of Transitional Year Residents and Core Faculty in Internal Medicine in Mountain View Hospital, Sunrise health GME Consortium GME, Las Vegas, Nevada. He is Full Clinical Professor at University Of Las Vegas, Nevada in the Department of Internal medicine as well as Professor of Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in Touro University Osteopatic School of Medicine in Nevada.He is also Full professor in Department of Internal Medicine in TCU Burnett School of Medicine, Fort Worth,TX. Dr. Manov teaches on a daily bases in the clinic the medical students from University of Las Vegas and Touro University of Nevada. Dr. Manov was Valedictorian in his Medical class and graduated with Golden Hippocrates statuette and medal the Medical University Sofia, Bulgaria. As a research fellow in Middlesex hospital and London College of Medicine , London, England he described for first time the adhesion molecule CD 44 on snap frozen sections and cell cultures from different autoimmune thyroid diseases. Dr. Manov was Chairman of Medicine of John Peter Smith Health Network , Fort Worth,Tx from 2008-2018 and lead a group of more than 200 physicians. He was also Endocrinology Course Director for second Year Medical students in University of North Texas Health science Center in Fort Worth,Tx at a level of Professor -2017-2018. He has given lectures in 12- International symposiums in France, Switzerland, England etc. and participated as honorable speaker in Endocrinology-2020-2024 and has written 10- endocrinology chapters in 10- English medical books-2021-2025. He was elected as a Top doctor in Internal Medicine in 2018 in Fort Worth, Tx and Top Doctor in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine in Nevada in 2021,2022,2024.
