Yvette is a graduate from Borough of Manhattan Community College, City University of New York earning an Associate in Science in Legal Assisting and in Business Administration. She is also a graduate from Hillsborough Community College earning an Associate in Science in Paralegal Studies. As well as a graduate of Saint Petersburg College earning a Bachelor in Science in Paralegal Studies and in Business Administration.
Yvette has worked in the legal profession since 1987. She has held varies positions which included Senior Paralegal and Firm Administrator until 2000. Since 2000 she has been in business for herself and opened Legal Documents Preparation Services LLC. She has experience in Bankruptcy Law, Family Law, Immigration Law, Personal Injury and Real Estate Law. She is also a Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent.
While in college, Yvette was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, The National Honor Society of Two Year Colleges, and became the Parliamentarian and Vice President of Leadership for her chapter. She was also a Senator in the Student Government Association. In addition, she was granted the honor of becoming a member in Lambda Epsilon Chi, The National Honor Society in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies and Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities. She is currently a member of The National Association of Legal Document Preparers, The National Association of Legal Assistant, The National Notary Association, The National Association of Professional Women and Who's Who in Professionals.
