Jimmie “JJ” Jackson, Jr. serves as Vice President of Business Development and Capture at NIKA, where he directs business development activity and works with the rest of strategic growth team throughout the capture process. JJ is a highly effective, hands-on operational leader with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in both the military and in the private sector.
