At Hand in Hand Behavioral Health, our mission is to empower individuals and families through compassionate, community-based support that promotes stability, independence, and well-being. Founded in 2019, we provide personalized services designed to help clients overcome social, economic, and behavioral health challenges. Our programs include housing and employment assistance, food and medical resource coordination, family crisis support, educational advocacy, refugee services, and community referrals. Through collaboration and advocacy, we connect individuals and families with the resources they need to build resilience, achieve their goals, and create brighter futures.

What We Do:
Hand in Hand Behavioral Health provides comprehensive support services to individuals and families facing social, economic, and behavioral health challenges. Our services are designed to address immediate needs while helping clients establish long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
