What We Do:

Hand in Hand Behavioral Health provides comprehensive support services to individuals and families facing social, economic, and behavioral health challenges. Our services are designed to address immediate needs while helping clients establish long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Job placement and employment assistance

Referrals to food assistance programs

Medical appointment scheduling and coordination

Citizenship and documentation assistance

Family crisis intervention and support
