LaShana Wiggs earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Appalachian State University, an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) at the University of Phoenix and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dr. Wiggs is the President of Savvi Consulting LLC., a boutique consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations effectively introduce organizational change. This is achieved through process design, optimization, and compliance adherence with a human-centric approach to transformation management. She has 20 years of industry experience within Financial Services providing process improvement, leadership, and financial crimes management experience. Dr. Wiggs is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and is an Adjunct Professor in the Management Department at UNC Charlotte. Dr. Wiggs had the honor of serving as the 2022 spring Commencement Speaker at UNC Charlotte's Graduate School graduation ceremony. Dr. Wiggs serves her community through her membership in both civic and industry organizations including Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and the Academy of Management.
