Guardarramas earned his M.D. at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, a Residency in Family Medicine at Lutheran Medical Center, NYU, and a Residency in Family Medicine at Community Hospital, in Glen Cove, New York. Dr. Guardarramas is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, a Board Member of Columbia Affiliated Physicians IPA and Vice President of Community Physicians NY Presbyterian Hospital.
