He specializes in cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift and some hand and facial surgeries. Dr. Scroggins is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Prince George's Hospital Center and was Chief of Plastic Surgery at Doctor's Hospital.
