Her extensive qualifications include American Board of Internal Medicine certifications in Internal Medicine, Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
Throughout her career, Dr. Sekhon has worked in both academic and community-based oncology settings, bringing a collaborative and evidence-based approach to the diagnosis, treatment, and continuing care of patients facing cancer and blood disorders. She has participated in clinical research and presented work at national professional meetings, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, CTOS, and the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. Her professional memberships include the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.
