SMITHFIELD, VA — The Global Directory of Who’s Who proudly recognizes Sheila Robinette, founder of Smithfield Christian Counseling, for her dedication to professional counseling and service to her community. A Licensed Professional Counselor with approximately 35 years of experience, Ms. Robinette founded Smithfield Christian Counseling in 2001 and has built a respected practice serving individuals and families throughout the Smithfield, Virginia area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Concord College in 1990 and a Master of Arts Degree and Certificate in Counseling from Regent University in 1993. Her diverse career has included work as a prison psychologist, service with a Community Service Board, inpatient assessment experience, and many years in private practice. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Robinette remains active in her church and community and is committed to making counseling services accessible to those in need.
