Fringer, Owner of Pastoral Counseling Service, LLC, for his dedication to pastoral counseling, ministry, and marriage and Couples-related counseling. Currently semi-retired, Rev. Fringer has built a respected career rooted in faith, guidance, and service to others. He was ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament and maintains a strong professional and religious connection through his affiliation with the Presbyterian Church USA. Rev. Fringer earned his Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is also a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Couples Therapy. Through his work with Pastoral Counseling Service, LLC, Rev. Fringer has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to supporting individuals and families through compassionate counseling and ministry. Married for approximately 15 years, he is the proud father of one son and one daughter and enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren, doing yard work with his wife, and exercising.
