A graduate of Stanford University, Dr. Gardner completed undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences and German Studies/Translation before earning his medical degree from UCLA. His professional interests have extended beyond physical and regenerative medicine into mental health, particularly anxiety, panic disorders, and depression. Dr. Gardner has authored three books addressing these areas, including Overcoming Anxiety, Panic and Depression and Overcoming Panic Disorders. Throughout his career, Dr. Gardner has emphasized accessibility, continuity of care, and physician independence.
