In January 2026, Dr. Rodila opened her independent practice, Rodila Eye, where she serves as medical director and sole provider. She remains focused on expanding the practice, serving a growing number of patients, and adding office-based surgical services to further enhance access and continuity of care. Dr. Rodila is affiliated with the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Christian Ophthalmology Society, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and Women in Ophthalmology. She has also been honored with the John Center Good Physicians Award in recognition of her professional commitment and patient-focused approach.
Dr. Rodila’s dedication to restoring vision extends beyond her practice. For more than 10 years, she has participated in medical mission trips to Honduras, Kenya, Liberia, and the Dominican Republic, restoring sight in communities where access to an operating room is rare. Her humanitarian service reflects a commitment to bringing essential eye care to people who might otherwise go without treatment.
