Angela M. Shinoskie earned a Doctorate in Nursing from Capella University in 2021 and a B.A. in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in 1998. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and the American Nurses Association. A military veteran and skilled Registered Nurse leader, Angela has a demonstrated work history in correctional medicine, family medicine, military medicine, pediatrics, rheumatology, endocrinology, and OB/GYN. She is highly proficient in healthcare management, health information technology (HIT), data analysis, staff development, quality assurance, risk reduction, infection control, HEDIS, immunization management, budgeting, and mentoring. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, relaxing with a good book, and participating in escape rooms.
