Currently, she is furthering her education by pursuing a master’s in business administration with a focus in Strategic Leadership at Amberton University in Texas. Her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development is evident in her continued success.

As the Manager of Operations for Imaging at UT Southwestern, Tricia is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multi-modality outpatient imaging clinic. UT Southwestern has achieved outstanding success, is the #1 hospital in the DFW metroplex, is tied for #1 in Texas and is nationally recognized in 11 specialties. Tricia’s dedication to operational excellence aligns with UT Southwestern’s high standards and has significantly contributed to the clinic’s reputation for providing top-tier imaging services and has led to top decile patient satisfaction and exceptional employee engagement.  

Tricia is an active member of the Association for Medical Imaging Management, where she regularly volunteers as a speaker at annual radiology meetings. She also serves as Co-Chair for the Radiology Administration Certification Commission, demonstrating her leadership and influence in shaping the future of medical imaging management. In addition, Tricia is a prolific writer, having published six articles, with another forthcoming next month. She participates and raises funds annually for the American Heart Association Heart Walk and the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure. Whether she is speaking for AHRA, MTMI or ICE, writing for AHRA or ICE, fundraising, or learning, this high achieving woman is always producing results. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Tricia is a devoted wife and mother of four boys. In her free time, she enjoys movies, ballroom dancing, and spending quality time with her family.

Tricia has 26 years of imaging experience with more than half of that time spent in leadership roles. She is a Fellow with AHRA and a Certified Radiology Administrator. With a diverse radiology background, she is registered in Radiography, Mammography, Quality Management Breast Sonography. She is also a Certified Clinical Breast Health Navigator. She is passionate about creating a culture of psychological safety where team members can bring their authentic selves to work every day! As the Manager of Imaging Operations for Imaging at UT Southwestern, Tricia is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy multi-modality outpatient imaging clinic.
