He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also pursued a fellowship in point-of-care ultrasound. During this time, Dr. McCullen additionally served as a hospitalist, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in acute patient care.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. McCullen provides comprehensive primary care with a special focus on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. His practice also includes specialized services in HIV primary care, LGBTQ+ health and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention.

With a patient-first approach, Dr. McCullen is dedicated to creating safe and affirming spaces for all individuals, especially those in marginalized communities who often face barriers to quality healthcare.
