Aventura, FL - Steven J. Rosenstein, DMD, began his academic journey at Colgate University before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Following his graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency with the United States Public Health Service, gaining valuable clinical experience before returning to Philadelphia to begin his private practice career.
After 22 years of successful practice in Philadelphia, Dr. Rosenstein relocated to Florida in 1998, where he has continued to provide exceptional dental care to his patients. He currently practices with Rosenstein and Gartner Dentistry PLLC, where he remains committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused dentistry using the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.
Dr. Rosenstein maintains active membership in several distinguished professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), the International Academy of Adhesive Dentistry (IAAD), and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He is also a Distinguished Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a recognition that reflects his dedication to continuing education and excellence in patient care. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Rosenstein has contributed significantly to the profession through leadership roles, having served on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Osseointegration for seven years and as a past Board Member of the International Academy of Adhesive Dentistry. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Florida School of Dental Medicine and teaches one day a week at the University clinic in Hialeah.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Dr. Rosenstein values time with his family. He is married to his wife, Merle, and together they have two children, Emily and Noah, as well as one granddaughter, Greer, who brings great joy to their family.
