Dr. Carr earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, graduating in 2004. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center/Texas Tech University in El Paso, Texas, from 2004 to 2009. Following years of distinguished military service as an Army physician, Dr. Carr continued practicing Army medicine until 2017 before transitioning to civilian healthcare. After serving patients in Mesquite, Nevada, and later joining a private orthopaedic practice in Las Vegas, he established Las Vegas Concierge Orthopedics five years ago. Despite the concierge name, his practice does not charge additional concierge fees; instead, it emphasizes exceptional service, timely appointments, direct physician accessibility, and a commitment to treating every patient with individualized attention and respect.
Dedicated to transforming the orthopedic care experience, Dr. Carr believes outstanding medicine extends beyond the operating room. His patients benefit from direct communication with their surgeon, including access to his personal cellphone when appropriate, and he is known to make personal house calls when necessary to ensure patients recover safely and confidently.
