Dr. Reese-Holley completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident in her final year of training.

She received the Resident Research Award in 2012, the Outstanding Resident Teacher Award in 2013, and two awards in 2014: the AAGL Outstanding Resident in Minimally Invasive Surgery Award and the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Her commitment to advancing her field is further underscored by her status as a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She also holds professional memberships in the Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Society, American Medical Association, and American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Dr. Reese-Holley joined Omega Ob-Gyn in 2016, where her comprehensive scope of practice includes routine and high-risk obstetrical care, well-woman care, contraception management, gynecology, and minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical procedures. She has a special interest in patient education, empowering her patients to be active participants in their well-being and make informed healthcare decisions.
In her spare time, Dr. Reese-Holley enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, crafting, practicing Pure Barre, and supporting the Dallas Cowboys football team. She resides in Mansfield with her husband, Terry, and their two young children, Laihla and Vincent.
