A graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences, Mr. Ryan has built a career centered on compassionate, patient-focused care, with a strong emphasis on helping individuals reconnect with the sounds that shape everyday life.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Ryan is deeply involved in community service and advocacy. He actively volunteers with organizations such as Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and ACME fundraising initiatives that support the Boys and Girls Club. He is also a member of the Alabama Society for Hearing Health Care Providers, where he serves as a government liaison—monitoring proposed legislation, assessing its potential impact on hearing care practices, and engaging with policymakers to protect both providers and the patients they serve.

Mr. Ryan is especially passionate about ensuring access to hearing care for those who cannot afford it. Each year, he and his team donate hearing aids to individuals and families living paycheck to paycheck, believing that the ability to hear should never be a luxury. “You’re missing out on a lot of life by not being able to hear,” he says. Outside of work, Mr. Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities, and he is a proud father of two daughters.
