He earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in 1975, completed his ophthalmology residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, and received advanced fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the University of Pittsburgh Eye & Ear Institute. His rigorous training laid the foundation for a career defined by surgical precision, groundbreaking work, and a deep commitment to patient care.
A respected author and educator, Dr. Zaidman has published more than 60 peer-reviewed articles and is frequently invited to speak at national and international conferences. His outstanding work has earned him both the Honor Award and Senior Honor Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
