Ms. Rose brings more than a decade of nursing experience to her role, including four years practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Daymar College in Owensboro, Kentucky, in 2016, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 from Chamberlain University. Prior to becoming an APRN, she also dedicated ten years to respiratory therapy, building a strong foundation in complex patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Rose spent three years working in an Intensive Care Unit, where she earned her Critical Care Registered Nurse certification. Her clinical background strengthens her leadership in infectious disease management and HIV care. In addition to her clinical role, she is also employed by Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a private contractor for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Three to four times per month, she conducts medical disability examinations—specifically Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams—to help determine service connection and severity of conditions for veterans seeking benefits.
She maintains active membership with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Academy of HIV (AAHIV), reflecting her continued commitment to professional excellence and specialized expertise in HIV care. Through advocacy, education, and high-quality clinical practice, Ms. Rose remains dedicated to improving patient outcomes and expanding access to comprehensive infectious disease services.
