In 1977, Dr. Van Wyk launched his private practice in Fort Worth, Texas, fully dedicating his work to treating disorders of the upper limb. He remains committed to a patient-first approach, emphasizing conservative, non-surgical treatments before pursuing operative options. His collaborative method ensures that each patient receives a customized care plan tailored to their unique needs.

Over the years, his practice has consistently served an average of 300 patients monthly, with 90 to 100 surgeries performed during that same time. He has become a trusted name among professional musicians and athletes, helping individuals regain strength, flexibility, and function critical to their careers and lifestyles.
